A hospitality recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles in the hospitality industry, such as hotel staff, restaurant personnel, and management.
Using the 5 R's model of recruitment are foundational principles—Right Person, Right Job, Right Skills, Right Time, and Right Cost
Job Description:
- Writing and posting job openings.
- Finding and contacting potential job candidates.
- Pre-screening job candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates
- Ability to create pool of candidates and work in fast paced environment
- New Tie-ups with Hospitality agencies, Aviation Agencies, Hospitality Institutions Hotels, Education Institutes, Govt Recruiter Programmes
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring companies
- Knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and industry trends
- Time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Travel PAN INDIA whenever required post management approval and company requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of proven recruiting experience, ideally with a background in Hospitality Management or a related service industry.
- TWO WHEELER COMPULSORY
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
