About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will help connect with students, researchers, and professionals who need PhD and research support services. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Explain the company's PhD and research services.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic questions.
- Follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain customer details and update records.
- Work with the team to achieve monthly targets.
- Build good relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales and business development.
- Positive attitude and confidence in speaking with customers.
