The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing B2B sales opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, institutions, government departments, and fleet customers to drive vehicle sales and dealership revenue. The role focuses on business development, client acquisition, account management, and achieving corporate sales targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Corporate Sales
- Identify and develop new corporate, institutional, and fleet sales opportunities.
- Generate business from companies, government organizations, travel operators, and commercial clients.
- Build long-term relationships with HR, procurement, and administration departments of client organizations.
- Achieve monthly and annual corporate sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and vehicle demonstrations.
- Understand customer business needs and propose suitable vehicle solutions.
- Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business.
- Handle corporate customer queries and negotiations professionally.
3. Sales Planning & Strategy
- Develop strategic plans to expand dealership corporate market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Promote fleet and corporate offers for brands such as Tata Motors, Kia India, Hyundai Motor India, and Maruti Suzuki.
4. Proposal & Documentation Management
- Prepare quotations, corporate proposals, and tender documents.
- Coordinate finance, insurance, and vehicle delivery documentation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate procurement processes.
5. Team Coordination
- Work closely with showroom sales, finance, and delivery teams.
- Coordinate test drives, bulk deliveries, and after-sales support.
6. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly corporate sales reports.

Qualification
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
Experience
- 4–8 years in automobile sales
- Minimum 2–3 years in corporate/fleet sales preferred
