Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Office Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily office operations, customer handling, travel bookings, documentation, and administrative support. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTravel Sales & Customer Handling
- Assist clients with travel-related inquiries and requirements
- Guide customers regarding holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, and travel services
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
Booking & Reservation Management
- Handle flight, hotel, transfer, cruise, and holiday package bookings
- Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and airline partners
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations
- Ensure accurate reservation and travel documentation management
Office Administration
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers
- Maintain customer databases and booking records
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment receipts
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and reporting
Documentation & Visa Assistance
- Collect and verify client documents
- Assist customers with visa documentation requirements
- Coordinate with visa processing teams and service providers
- Ensure timely completion of travel documentation
Customer Service & Support
- Provide prompt and professional support to clients
- Resolve customer queries and booking-related issues
- Coordinate schedule changes, amendments, and travel updates
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the booking process
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Customer handling and sales skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of travel industry operations (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with flight booking systems, hotel portals, or travel software
- Social media and basic digital marketing knowledge will be an added advantage
Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of computers and office operations preferred
