Russell Investments, a leading Financial Services firm, is seeking a skilled Workday Specialist to enhance our Global HR Operations team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders supporting the technology and infrastructure that drive our HR business processes.
We are looking for candidates with 6+ years of experience in the Workday HCM product suite and strong expertise in Workday reporting, dashboard development, and data analytics, including experience with Power BI and/or Workday Prism Analytics. 6+ years of experience as a Workday Specialist using extensive functional knowledge of the Workday HCM product suite (including Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Absence, and Time)
6+ years of Workday HCM administration experience, including advanced reporting, dashboard development, security administration, business process administration, and integrations
Lead Workday HCM Configuration: Serve as the technical expert for advanced Workday configuration, focusing on performance management, time and absence management, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and talent analytics dashboards.
Reporting, Dashboards, and Data Analytics: Design and deliver advanced Workday reports and dashboards, leveraging calculated fields, matrix and composite reports, and Power Bi and/or Workday Prism Analytics to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management and executive decision-making, with a strong emphasis on talent and workforce analytics.
Integrations Management: Support inbound and outbound Workday integrations, including design, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data to influence decision-making.
Strong project, prioritization, & time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.
