Job Timings: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Permanent Night Shift)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Pay Range: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Salary no bar for deserving applicants)

Job Description
We are hiring motivated and dynamic recruiters to join our India office. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates. Candidates should be self-driven, energetic, and willing to work in a permanent night shift.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates from IT and related streams.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Meet hiring goals and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (any IT stream preferred).
- (Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical)
- Experience: 1+ year in recruitment (IT recruiting preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and techniques.
