Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of application processes, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving requirements of the organization and its users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of application features based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate various software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
