Job Description
ZAKKAA Home Decor is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage sales operations and drive business growth across Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.
The ideal candidate should have 7–15 years of relevant experience and a strong background in the Electronics, Electrical Products, or Furniture industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing dealer and distributor networks, achieving business targets, and strengthening the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee branch sales operations across the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's distribution network.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective product availability and market coverage.
- Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- 7–15 years of experience in sales/branch management.
- Candidates with experience in Electronics, Electrical Products, or Furniture will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in dealer/distributor management.
- Strong understanding of regional markets and channel sales.
- Target-oriented and capable of managing a large territory.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.
Salary
Negotiable, based on experience, skills, and industry background.
