Job Description:
We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist who combines a strong design sense, marketing understanding, and AI automation skills to help us build intelligent workflows, improve business processes, and create AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands both creative communication and technical automation — a person who can design better user experiences, automate repetitive marketing tasks, and integrate AI tools into real-world workflows.
Responsibilities: Design and build AI-powered automation workflows for marketing, operations, and business processes. Create AI agents and workflow automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make.com, and other automation platforms.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Perplexity, and other LLM-based tools to improve productivity and create solutions.
Develop automated systems for content creation, lead management, customer communication, research, and marketing operations. Understand marketing objectives and translate them into effective AI-driven solutions.
Create visually appealing AI-generated content, presentations, landing page concepts, and marketing assets with a strong design eye. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to improve campaigns using AI. Experiment with emerging AI tools and identify opportunities for automation.
Required Skills: Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical applications.
Hands-on experience with automation platforms like: n8n Zapier Make.com
Ability to create and optimize AI workflows and automation pipelines. Good understanding of marketing concepts (content marketing, lead generation, customer journeys, analytics). Strong visual/design sense with the ability to evaluate creative output and improve AI-generated designs.
Experience using AI tools for content, research, design, and productivity.
Good to Have: Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, APIs, webhooks). Experience working with databases, APIs, or no-code/low-code development. Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI agent development. Experience with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, or similar AI coding assistants. Background in graphic design, UI/UX design, branding, or digital marketing.
