Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller / Presales Executive to handle property inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer follow-up, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.
- Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and amenities to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maintain customer interest.
Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Generate walk-ins through telecalling and online inquiries.
- Support customers throughout the inquiry process until handover to the sales team.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer records and lead information in the CRM system.
- Update customer interactions, follow-up status, and feedback regularly.
- Prepare basic reports on lead status and customer engagement.
Sales Support
- Coordinate with sales and digital marketing teams for effective lead management.
- Assist in achieving lead conversion and site visit targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up and smooth communication with prospects.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Presales, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and lead management processes.
- Ability to handle customer queries and build positive relationships.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
