Skills and Qualifications:
● Experience in structural engineering and steel structures
● Proven experience in designing PEB and RCC buildings, preferably in the modular
construction sector.
● Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, and AutoCAD.
● Strong understanding of IS codes, DFMA principles, and industrialised construction
methods.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
● Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
● In-depth knowledge of relevant building codes IS 800, IS 875, IS 456, IS 7215, ISO
19650, and COBie standards.
● Proficiency in design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA) & Process Failure
mode effect analysis (PFEMA) principles.
● Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile) is beneficial.
● Strong attention to detail and quality control.
● Ability to research and identify suitable building materials based on technical
specifications and industry standards.
● Familiarity with construction material procurement processes.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
