Location: Edathala, Aluva
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas.
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs when required.
- Attend guest enquiries and provide basic assistance.
- Monitor the property and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Be available for emergency calls and guest support.
- Report maintenance issues to management.
Requirements:
- Age: 25–45 years
- Willing to stay on-site and work 24/7 on-call
- Basic housekeeping knowledge preferred
- Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly
- Experience in hotels/service apartments is an added advantage
