We are a privately owned business involved in real estate, property management, hospitality, and premium consumer products. Our businesses include land development and sales, commercial property management, Airbnb hospitality, and the production of handcrafted luxury soaps under the Sensotica brand.
We are looking for a dependable, highly organized, and proactive Operations Executive to work directly with the Managing Director and gradually take ownership of important operational responsibilities across our businesses.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning, solving problems, coordinating multiple activities, and taking ownership of meaningful work.
Key ResponsibilitiesReal Estate & Land Documentation
- Coordinate documentation related to land sales and registrations.
- Follow up with Village Offices, Taluk Offices, Sub-Registrar Offices, Survey Departments, Revenue Offices, and other government departments.
- Obtain and verify Encumbrance Certificates (EC), Possession Certificates, Record of Rights (ROR), tax receipts, mutation records, and other land-related documents.
- Maintain and organize Sale Deeds and other property records.
- Understand and maintain records relating to survey numbers, resurvey numbers, and property boundaries.
- Coordinate with advocates, document writers, brokers, surveyors, and consultants.
- Track the progress of documentation and ensure timely completion of all follow-ups.
Property & Office Operations
- Manage office administration and documentation.
- Coordinate rent collection and maintain tenancy records for commercial properties.
- Supervise maintenance and housekeeping activities for our Airbnb property.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Maintain organized records, files, and operational trackers.
Business Operations
- Assist in inventory management and operational activities for the Sensotica production unit when required.
- Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and monitor follow-up tasks.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other digital productivity platforms to improve efficiency.
- Perform occasional field visits as required.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Comfortable reading and understanding official documents.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software and AI tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
