Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
- Manage and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of construction materials and resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical, safety, and operational issues.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Measure work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients regarding site activities and progress.
- Verify quantities, workmanship, and completed work before approval and handover.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in achieving construction milestones within budget.
- Maintain accurate site records, including labor attendance, material consumption, and inspection reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and corrective actions when required.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
