Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization in employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to handle employee matters professionally and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, induction, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee-related documentation.
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and provide appropriate HR support.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower planning and HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports as required.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate training and development programs based on organizational and employee requirements.
- Support disciplinary and corrective action processes in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR administration.
- Good understanding of applicable labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word; experience with HRMS is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
