Routine Repairs: Conduct minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, patching drywall, and repairing doors or locks, Water Tank, Electrical Appliances, etc.
General Maintenance: Replace light bulbs, switch plates, and perform basic painting and decorating as needed.
Equipment Upkeep: Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on machinery, ensuring equipment functions safely.
Safety & Compliance: Conduct routine inspections of fire alarms, emergency exits, and safety equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Vendor & Supply Management: Assist senior staff by overseeing outside contractors and maintaining an accurate inventory of maintenance supplies.
Groundskeeping: Maintain the exterior of the property, including sweeping walkways, clearing debris, and assisting with snow/leaf removal when necessary.
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in general maintenance or (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, electrical).
Technical Skills: Strong practical skills and the ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong time management, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
