Roles & Responsibility:-
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through social media and other platforms.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- Share basic information about Robokidz courses with parents and students.
- Follow up with interested leads via calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain and update lead and customer details accurately in spreadsheets, TeleCRM, and Zoho CRM.
- Record call outcomes, feedback, and follow-up status.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of all interactions.
- Schedule demo classes based on the availability of trainers and students.
- Handle customer queries and resolve grievances in a professional manner.
