Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive – Website & Digital Solutions to drive client acquisition through outbound sales and strategic outreach.
This role requires someone who can confidently manage the front-end sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification to presenting solutions and closing deals.
You will work closely with our internal team to provide tailored website and digital solutions that help businesses grow.
Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Sales & Prospecting
- Conduct 20–30 daily outreach activities through:
- Calls
- WhatsApp
- Email
- LinkedIn
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on business requirements
- Initiate conversations and build strong client relationships
- Handle objections effectively and communicate value-driven solutions
2. Solution-Based Selling
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website and digital solutions
- Coordinate internally to create AI-assisted demo websites (training will be provided)
- Present demos and explain the business impact and ROI benefits
3. Follow-Ups & Deal Closure
- Maintain structured and timely follow-ups with prospective clients
- Negotiate pricing and close deals confidently
- Ensure smooth project handover to the design and development team
4. CRM & Performance Management
- Maintain and update leads in CRM / lead management systems
- Track:
- Pipeline status
- Conversions
- Revenue generated
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Sales
- Business Development
- Outbound Calling
- Strong communication skills in:
- English
- Tamil
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
- Basic understanding of:
- Excel
- Email tools
- WhatsApp Business
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset

Compensation & BenefitsSalary
