Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver talent solutions that meet client hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across various industries.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Present staffing, recruitment, contract hiring, and talent acquisition solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and workforce challenges.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Identify target industries and companies for business expansion.
- Support the development of sales strategies and business growth initiatives.
Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to understand client requirements.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions and service commitments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide seamless client service.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Track lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and closures.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR consulting, or B2B sales.
- Understanding of permanent hiring, contract staffing, and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and lead generation tools.
