We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support the company’s accounting, taxation, statutory filing, and SEZ compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve reconciliation differences.
- Reconcile GST and TDS ledgers with books of accounts and statutory records.
- Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns within the prescribed deadlines.
- Prepare and submit monthly SEZ Softex certification and supporting documents.
- Prepare SERF and Monthly Performance Reports.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance for Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) procurements.
- Compute TDS liabilities and ensure timely payment.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns and reconcile Form 26AS/TRACES records.
- Assist with ROC annual filings, including AOC-4 and MGT-7.
- Prepare and file DPT-3 returns.
- Complete DIR-3 KYC or DIR-3 KYC Web filing for each director.
- Maintain proper accounting records, statutory registers, challans, acknowledgements, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, chartered accountants, banks, SEZ authorities, and government departments when required.
- Monitor statutory due dates and maintain a compliance calendar.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and general ledger activities.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting and statutory compliance experience.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with GST, Income Tax, MCA, TRACES, and SEZ online portals.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
