Role Overview
RidenRepair is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Operations to lead and manage day-to-day operations, improve operational efficiency, drive team performance, and ensure smooth execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end daily operations.
- Lead, manage, and motivate operations teams to achieve business targets.
- Set operational KPIs and monitor team performance regularly.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Spares, and Field Teams.
- Monitor productivity, service quality, turnaround time, and operational performance.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and ensure process compliance.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Track operational MIS, reports, and key performance metrics.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and targets.
- Manage workforce planning, allocation, and productivity.
- Coordinate with senior management and provide regular performance updates.
- Drive cost optimization and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Operations/Service Operations/Business Operations.
- Prior experience managing large teams will be preferred.
- Experience in a startup, service, automotive, field operations, or customer-service environment is an advantage.
- Strong ownership and ability to drive results independently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
