Site Manager cum Project Manager (Pan India)
Reporting To

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Manager cum Project Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution across India. The candidate will oversee planning, execution, installation, quality, safety, manpower, client coordination, and timely project completion while ensuring company standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete project execution from planning to final handover.
- Travel across India to supervise and monitor multiple project sites.
- Plan, schedule, and control project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal departments.
- Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and company SOPs are followed at every site.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, MIS, and daily/weekly/monthly status reports for the Director.
- Monitor project budget, material consumption, and resource utilization.
- Resolve site-related technical and operational issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure timely procurement coordination and material availability.
- Maintain proper documentation, project records, and compliance reports.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- PMP/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Site Management and Project Management.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Pan India project execution is preferred.

Travel Requirement
- Extensive Pan India Travel is Mandatory.
- The candidate must be willing to travel frequently and stay at project locations as per business requirements.

- Monthly MIS
- Direct reporting to the Director with project updates, challenges, timelines, and resource planning.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
