Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process and helping them choose the right educational path based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, admission processes, and eligibility criteria
- Manage inquiries via calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins
- Provide detailed information about courses, universities, and countries
- Assist students with the preparation and submission of applications
- Maintain follow-up with potential leads to ensure conversion
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
- Stay updated on admission policies, university requirements, and visa regulations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for student conversions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education consultancy is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
