» The candidate should have the capabilities to launch new products successfully in the assigned territory.
» Should have worked with leading Stockists and Chemists in his respective territory.
» The candidate should be result and goal oriented and should be a great initiator.
» Should possess good leadership and people management skills with excellent written and oral communication.
» Should take additional initiatives to expand the business of the company.
» Should have a proven track record of achieving business targets in all his previous organizations.
» The candidate should be high on integrity and values.
