Through structured tagging across brands, collections, and products, QOLORR generates deep data intelligence that powers campaigns, collaborations, and next‑generation luxury retail experiences.
We are currently in the platform development and pre‑launch stage and are focused on onboarding high‑quality brands to build a strong ecosystem before consumer activation.
Role Overview
The Brand Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding premium and luxury fashion and lifestyle brands onto the QOLORR platform.
This role focuses on building the initial brand ecosystem by developing relationships with designers, founders, and brand teams, while creating a structured pipeline for brand partnerships.
The role operates in a fast‑paced startup environment where the candidate will work closely with the founder to build scalable systems for brand acquisition and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identification & Market Mapping
● Identify premium and luxury brands aligned with QOLORR's positioning
● Build and maintain a curated database of relevant designers and brands
● Conduct research on brand positioning, pricing, and collections
Brand Outreach & Partnerships
● Initiate outreach to founders, brand managers, and designer teams
● Present and pitch the QOLORR platform value proposition
● Conduct platform walkthroughs and partnership discussions
Brand Acquisition
● Convert prospective brands into platform partners
● Negotiate onboarding terms and partnership alignment
● Ensure onboarding aligns with QOLORR's luxury positioning
Brand Onboarding Coordination
● Guide brands through the onboarding process, including:
○ Brand profile creation
○ Collection organization
○ Product and tag structure
● Coordinate with internal product teams when required Relationship Management
● Maintain ongoing relationships with brand founders and teams
● Identify collaboration opportunities with creators, stylists, and photographers
● Ensure brands remain active and engaged on the platform Ecosystem Development
● Build relationships with fashion creators, photographers, and stylists
● Support collaboration opportunities between brands and creators

30‑60‑90 Day Execution Plan
First 30 Days – Market Understanding & Brand Pipeline
Focus: Build a foundational understanding of the platform and create a brand acquisition pipeline.
Key Activities
● Understand QOLORR's platform structure and brand positioning
● Map the premium and luxury brand landscape relevant to the platform
● Create a curated list of 100–150 target brands
● Segment brands into priority, growth, and emerging categories
● Initiate outreach and schedule brand introduction conversations
Expected Outcome
● Structured brand database
● Initial brand outreach started
● Early partnership discussions initiated
60 Days – Brand Conversion & Onboarding
Focus: Convert conversations into partnerships and onboard initial brands.
Key Activities
● Pitch the platform and conduct onboarding discussions
● Convert interested brands into platform partners
● Coordinate brand onboarding and listing preparation
● Establish a structured workflow for onboarding and relationship tracking
Expected Outcome
● First set of brands onboarded onto the platform
● Structured onboarding workflow established
● Active brand partnership pipeline
90 Days – Scalable Brand Acquisition System
Focus: Build systems and team structure to scale brand onboarding.
Key Activities
● Establish a repeatable brand acquisition pipeline
● Design a system capable of onboarding approximately 15 brands per month
● Hire and train a small intern team to support:
○ Brand research
○ Lead generation
○ Onboarding coordination
● Delegate operational tasks while focusing on partnership development
Expected Outcome
● Consistent brand acquisition pipeline
● Operational onboarding system
● Intern support team established to scale brand onboarding
Success Metrics
Performance in this role will be evaluated based on:
● Number and quality of brands onboarded
● Strength of brand partnership pipeline
● Ability to establish repeatable onboarding processes

● Contribution to building the QOLORR brand ecosystem
Role Progression
The first 90 days will function as an execution sprint. Based on performance and ownership demonstrated during this period, the role will transition into a senior business development or partnerships leadership role within the company.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
