Role & responsibilities
Design Support: Assist in developing architectural concepts, sketches, and 2D/3D models for various project types.
Documentation: Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
Site Support: Participate in site visits and surveys to document existing conditions and monitor construction progress.
Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and technical requirements are met.
Research: Investigate building codes, zoning bylaws, and material specifications to ensure project compliance
Presentations: Prepare high-quality renderings and presentation boards for client meetings and municipal approvals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and SketchUp. Design/Rendering: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), V-Ray, or Lumion.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
