We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-focused Event Customer Support Executive to represent our premium ice cream brand at promotional events, exhibitions, mall activations, and corporate events. The ideal candidate should have a hospitality background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves interacting with customers, introducing them to our products, and creating a positive brand impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand professionally at promotional events, exhibitions, and activations.
- Welcome and engage customers with a warm and courteous approach.
- Explain the brand story, product range, flavors, ingredients, and unique selling points of our ice creams.
- Offer product samples (where applicable) and encourage customer trials.
- Answer customer queries regarding products, pricing, offers, and availability.
- Assist in converting customer interactions into sales opportunities.
- Ensure the event stall or kiosk is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for smooth event execution.
- Collect customer feedback and provide event insights to the team.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service throughout the event.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Aviation, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Aviation, Luxury Retail, Customer Relations, or Guest Services.
- Freshers with a hospitality qualification and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
