Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales reports
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign and sales support
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients
- Assist in planning promotional activities and sales strategies
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Relationship Management
- Knowledge of lead management and reporting tools
- Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage
