Position: Associate (Five)
PQE: 3 Years [2 positions] 2 Years [3 positions]
Must possess experience in:
o Analyzing land & revenue documents, organizing searches and drafting title reports.
o Drafting title investigation reports, deeds & documents such as Conveyance, Sale Deeds, Deeds of Release and Transfer, Leave & License, Leases, and such other closing documents concerning development and re-development of immovable properties.
o Must have sound knowledge of laws relating to land and revenue, tenure specific laws and schemes, testamentary, and related legislations.
o Applicants must have experience working with law firms and ability to work in a team and individually, and keenness to learn and share knowledge.
