Job Description – Academic Assistant to Chairman’s Office

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly educated, academically strong, and analytical professional to assist the Chairman’s Office in monitoring and reviewing academic activities across the organisation. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and report-reviewing skills, strong academic understanding, and prior experience handling academic coordination/coordinatorship responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chairman’s Office in monitoring and reviewing academic performance across schools.
- Analyse academic reports, performance data, examination results, student outcomes, and other institutional reports.
- Prepare concise summaries, observations, and analytical reports for review by the Chairman.
- Identify gaps, trends, and areas requiring academic improvement and follow up with concerned teams.
- Coordinate with Principals, Academic Coordinators, teachers, and other academic stakeholders.
- Review academic plans, schedules, assessments, curriculum implementation, and related documentation.
- Track the implementation of academic decisions and initiatives.
- Support the Chairman in academic meetings by preparing relevant data, reports, presentations, and briefing notes.
- Maintain confidentiality of academic and organisational information.
- Follow up on action points and ensure timely reporting to the Chairman’s Office.
- Undertake research and analysis on academic practices, educational trends, and institutional performance whenever required.

Educational Qualification
- Master’s Degree / Postgraduate qualification preferred
- Candidates with strong academic backgrounds in Education, Management, English, Science, Commerce, or other relevant disciplines may be considered.
- Additional qualifications such as B.Ed., M.Ed., MBA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in academics, academic administration, school coordination, or a similar role.
- Prior experience as an Academic Coordinator / Senior Coordinator / School Coordinator will be highly preferred.
- Experience in reviewing academic reports, analysing performance data, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders is essential.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
