We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer – Interior Fit-Out to oversee the execution and timely completion of a high-end apartment renovation project in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising contractors and vendors, ensuring quality execution, monitoring timelines, and driving the project toward successful handover within schedule and budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day interior renovation and civil works at the project site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor progress of carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, stone, glass, and finishing works.
Timeline & Coordination
- Prepare and track project schedules and weekly progress plans.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and approvals to avoid delays.
- Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively resolve site issues.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders.
Quality Control
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and finishing standards.
- Verify materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications.
- Conduct inspections and snag checks before handover.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Supervise labor teams and subcontractors on site.
- Track contractor productivity and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and cleanliness at the project site.
Billing & Reporting
- Measure work progress and verify contractor bills.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material records.
- Report project status, risks, delays, and action plans to the project owner/management.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and local building regulations.
- Maintain organized and safe working conditions at site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in residential interior fit-out or apartment renovation projects.
- Experience managing premium residential interiors preferred.
- Strong understanding of interior finishing materials and execution methods.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
