Job Summary
Visual Birds Private Limited is looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support our post-production team. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate multiple projects, communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate post-production projects from start to delivery.
- Assign tasks and track progress with editors, artists, and other team members.
- Maintain production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and requirements.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Prepare daily work reports and production status updates.
- Organize project files and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify potential delays and proactively resolve coordination issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Experience in the media, advertising, or post-production industry is preferred.
