- Monitor daily food and beverage costs and prepare cost reports.
- Conduct regular inventory audits of stores, kitchen, bar, and operational departments.
- Verify purchase orders, goods received notes (GRNs), invoices, and stock transfers.
- Analyze consumption patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Reconcile stock movements and investigate inventory variances.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and cost data.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Stores, Kitchen, and F&B teams for effective cost control.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analysis, and management MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Monitor wastage, spoilage, breakage, and pilferage to reduce losses.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
