As a Preschool Teacher at Firstcry Intellitots Preschool, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of our students. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment that supports each child's unique needs and promotes their social, emotional, and intellectual development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized, clean, and child-friendly classroom environment, ensuring safety and security at all times.
- Individualized Learning: Recognize and address the diverse learning needs of each child, providing appropriate support and challenges to maximize their potential.
- Parent Communication: Establish and maintain open and positive communication with parents or guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress, activities, and behavior.
- Assessment and Documentation: Conduct ongoing assessments of students' progress and maintain accurate records of their development. Share these assessments with parents and caregivers.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
