You’ll be the creative force behind our social media content and the strategic connector between Insight and the influencer community. From ideating thumb-stopping posts to crafting influencer campaigns that drive buzz and conversions, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up online.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation
- Develop engaging, on-brand content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
- Source reference visuals and moodboards for product shoots and campaigns
- Shoot and edit stories, reels, and behind-the-scenes content
- Write witty, trend-savvy captions and community-driven posts
- Collaborate with design and product teams to align messaging and aesthetics
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
- Identify and onboard relevant creators across beauty, lifestyle, and Gen Z niches
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and agencies
- Craft creative influencer briefs and campaign concepts
- Track performance metrics and optimize for reach, engagement, and ROI
- Maintain strong relationships with creators and keep a pulse on industry trends
Project & Timeline Management
- Juggle multiple campaigns and content calendars with precision
- Ensure timely execution of posts, stories, and influencer deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving brand environment
Pay: ₹9,948.48 - ₹35,743.01 per month
Work Location: In person
