- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on warm leads
- Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries confidently
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups using CRM tools
- Maintain call records and update customer data accurately
- Meet daily and weekly call targets with consistent quality
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through every interaction
- Good communication skills in Tamil
