About the Role
Herline Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. This role will primarily focus on Herline Global Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing women's wellness and sanitary products company, while also providing strategic digital marketing support to Lyra Salon, our parent brand.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, social media strategy, SEO, content marketing, lead generation, and team management. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative and data-driven digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Herline Global Pvt. Ltd. and Lyra Salon.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and achievement of business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging digital channels.
- Develop content marketing strategies and coordinate with designers, videographers, content creators, influencers, and external agencies.
- Drive SEO initiatives including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and organic traffic growth.
- Monitor website performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics to improve digital effectiveness.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, customer acquisition strategies, and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Develop and manage digital campaigns for product launches, promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building activities.
- Track campaign performance through analytics tools and provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage online reputation, customer reviews, digital communication, and community engagement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering traffic, leads, conversions, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize returns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing technologies, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align marketing strategies with organizational growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Experience managing and mentoring digital marketing teams.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven track record of generating leads, improving conversions, and scaling digital campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C brands, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or retail industries will be an added advantage.
Salary Offered: Upto 50,000
