1. Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages, and meetings.
2. Understand clients' requirements, preferences, and investment goals.
3. Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and client meetings.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
5. Handle client queries, negotiations, and objections professionally.
6. Convert qualified leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to closure.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
