Job Summary:
The Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems supplied by the company. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and configure equipment or systems at customer sites.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment as per service schedules.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, providing effective solutions.
Respond to customer service calls and provide on-site or remote technical assistance.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for product feedback and improvements.
Train customers on equipment operation, safety, and basic maintenance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Support spare parts management and inventory control related to service operations.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
