Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Weekly Off: Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Overview
Indo European is seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Counselor to join our Ludhiana branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Study Abroad industry and be capable of counseling students, managing admissions, and driving successful student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on overseas education opportunities based on their academic profile and career aspirations.
- Guide students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and courses.
- Handle the complete admission process, including applications, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate guidance on university requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate student records and update information in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university updates, and immigration policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of overseas admissions and student visa processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and admission targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
