About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist with 2–4 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee onboarding, grievance handling, employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance and leave management, and exit processes. Familiarity with any HRMS platform is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
- Conduct regular employee one-on-one meetings to understand concerns, gather feedback, and improve engagement.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and statutory documentation accurately.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data through HRMS systems.
- Coordinate and execute employee exit formalities, including clearances, exit interviews, and full-and-final documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Generate HR reports and maintain data accuracy within HR systems.
- Partner with managers and employees on routine HR matters and policy implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Employee onboarding and induction
- Grievance handling and conflict resolution
- Employee one-on-one interactions and engagement
- Attendance and leave management
- Exit management and documentation
- HR records and employee lifecycle management
- Working knowledge of any HRMS software such as:
- GreytHR
- Keka
- Or any similar HR management system
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and documentation practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
