Job Title: Gift Card and Gift Voucher Sales Executive
Role:
Drive sales of gift cards/vouchers to customers, promote the program, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell gift cards/vouchers in-store/online/phone
- Promote gift card programs to customers and businesses
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Maintain display and inventory of gift cards
Requirements:
- Sales experience (preferably retail or similar)
- Excellent communication skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic computer skills
Desired Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of gift card trends

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
