Qualification:
Graduate with specialized certification in BIM/ Revit
Key Skills:
Revit & BIM implementation, BIM standards and workflows, Revit family creation, automation and scripting, coordination and delivery management, BIM audits, BEP development, training and capability building, resource planning, technology research and adoption.
Experience: 10+ years in BIM /Revit based project delivery.
Description:
Lead the design and implementation of Edifice’s Revit/BIM delivery framework. Develop and manage BIM standards, templates, and content while driving organization-wide adoption of BIM technologies. Oversee coordination and delivery of projects in Revit, define stage-wise consultant and vendor deliverables, and build common and vertical-specific Revit families. Streamline design and documentation through automation and scripting to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ensure consistent BIM implementation through audits, BEP support, project supervision, and team training.
