Urgent Hiring – Chef (Indian CDP / DCDP / Commi I / Commi II / Multi-Cuisine)
Location: Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Indian and multi-cuisine dishes while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Ensure proper food preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow standard recipes and kitchen SOPs.
Requirements:
- Experience as CDP, DCDP, Commi I, or Commi II in Indian and/or Multi-Cuisine.
- Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
