Job Summary
We are looking for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure and training in Production, Quality, Operations, and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo training across Production, Quality, Operations, and Maintenance departments.
- Learn manufacturing processes, machinery, equipment, and departmental procedures.
- Understand company standards, policies, safety practices, and work procedures.
- Support day-to-day departmental activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Develop knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and maintenance practices.
- Analyze basic production and operational data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand overall plant operations.
- Continuously learn and improve technical and problem-solving skills.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Good academic background.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to work.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
