Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Develop and update course curriculum in accordance with AICTE, UGC, and I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU) guidelines.
- Mentor and guide students in academic, research, innovation, and career development.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
- Apply for and execute funded research projects, consultancy assignments, and collaborative initiatives.
- Supervise student projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities.
- Participate in accreditation activities including NAAC, NBA, and AQAR documentation.
- Organize seminars, workshops, faculty development programs (FDPs), conferences, and industry interaction sessions.
- Promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry-academia collaboration.
- Participate actively in departmental and institutional committees.
- Support admissions, placements, outreach programs, and other academic initiatives.
- Maintain academic records, assessment reports, and compliance documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
