Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and Recreation departments.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
Guest Experience
- Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
- Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to improve service quality.
- Develop initiatives to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate resort staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Control costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Analyze operational reports and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote resort packages and events.
- Support occupancy growth and revenue generation initiatives.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local partners.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Implement emergency response procedures and risk management practices.
Facility Management
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of resort facilities and grounds.
- Ensure all guest areas remain clean, attractive, and operational.
- Coordinate renovation and improvement projects when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
