About the Role:
Role – Team Leader - Operations
Reporting Relationship – Will Report to Operations Head
Work Location – Navi Mumbai – India
Shift Timings – UK, US & India Shift
Experience - 4-6 years in Quantitative MR
Roles & Responsibilities:
Will be responsible to handle projects individually.
Understanding the research needs of the project.
Client communication from project inception through project completion, ensuring that all core research objectives are met.
Need to train the team based on the operations internal process for error free execution.
Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, all in different design/analysis stages.
Effective Client & Vendor Servicing.
Have to be proactive when handling the projects and conveying the same to the team.
Maintaining Profit margin ratio for each project.
Vendor Management skills.
Good multi-tasking skills
Maintain each project specific documentation and records, including project cost and
expenditure.
Need to maintain project schedules as per the client’s request.
Have to report to the Operations head with daily progress of your teams’ projects.
Maintain interaction with Internal Teams.
Will be responsible to interact with Clients & Vendors.
Maintaining Floor & Team Decorum.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
