Job Role:
- Product research and development
- New product design and improvement
- Testing and quality evaluation
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Supporting innovation and production development
Key Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Product development understanding
- Problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of materials/processes (preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Reporting and documentation skills
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Diploma in relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience preferred (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
