We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter for Industrial Hiring to manage recruitment for manufacturing plants, factories, engineering, and industrial profiles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and closing positions for technical and non-technical manpower requirements within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for industrial and manufacturing positions.
- Source candidates for profiles such as machine operators, production engineers, quality engineers, maintenance staff, supervisors, electricians, fitters, welders, CNC/VMC operators, plant managers, and other technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients, plant heads, and department managers.
- Use job portals, social media, references, and field hiring methods for sourcing candidates.
- Maintain daily recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
- Understand client manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Manage bulk hiring and urgent plant requirements when needed.
- Build pipeline for industrial and technical manpower hiring.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of industrial/manufacturing job profiles.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Experience working on bulk hiring and technical recruitment.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
- Strong negotiation and candidate handling skills.

Qualification

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
